This book is volume 2 of 10 in the series Textbook of Ophthalmology edited by Steven M. Podos, MD, and Myron Yanoff, MD. It is divided into two parts, the first, and largest, of which is devoted to uveitis and basic principles of anatomy and blood supply of the uvea; the second part covers intrauveal neoplasms. Illustrations are identical in format to the Spalton Atlas of Ophthalmology in which a labeled diagram accompanies many of the color photographs and fluorescein angiograms. Additionally, basic immunology is illustrated with numerous diagrams from Roitt's Immunology textbook. Both of these formats are an excellent choice of illustrations.
