Incorrect Names.  In the Special Article titled “Insertion Slanting Strabismus Surgical Procedures” by Kushner, published in the December issue of the Archives (2011;129[12]:1620-1625), the legend for Figure 4 inadvertently reversed the names of the authors of the 2 different methods of insertion slanting. The first sentence of each legend should have read as follows: “A, Treatment of a V-pattern esotropia according to the Simonsz/von Graefe method. . . . B, Treatment of a V-pattern esotropia according to the Bietti method.”
